Professional Family Doctor, located within the heart of the Brisbane CBD.
City GP is owned and operated by Doctor Ian Hazell, who has been a medical practitioner since 1992. Doctor Hazell has operated a solo practice since 1996 moving it, into the CBD in 2005. This has allowed him to provide consistent long term care to his patients.
Medicare Patients pay the full amount up front with a Gap of $65. This practice does not Bulk Bill.

People without Medicare Cards are required to pay the full fee.
City GP specialises in general medical services.

THE PRACTICE
Fees:

We charge Patients with a Medicare Card a gap fee of $65.
​
Patients are required to return to the practice a Medicare issued "Pay Doctor" cheque, to finalise their account .Alternatively, patients may pay the full amount up front.

This practice does not Bulk Bill.
​
Patients without a Medicare card are charged a fee of $150 for a long consultation and $110 for a standard consultation.
​​
This practice does not provide after hours care or home visits.
​
Additional Fees:
There is an additional administration $50 fee for request outside of consultations.

Telehealth Fee:

Will have a gap payment of $50
